professionally speaking

I’m good at finding creative solutions — often for problems my clients haven’t yet clearly identified when we start working together. My brain thinks in spreadsheets, calendars, words, and pictures. I can translate concepts between different departments and push projects to the next phase (or finish line). I am a curious, eternal student — not a technical expert. I love puzzles, stories, and organization.

clients

I’ve worked with corporations, creative firms, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and non-profits. My contracts are flexible & based on the project’s scope and my availability.

deliverables

Strategy, content marketing, editorial calendars & newsletters, websites, workshops, online courses, brand audits, market research, digital projects, installations, exhibits, events, shoots, and more.

A native Texan, Katherine has lived and traveled all over the world.

Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, Katherine moved to Massachusetts to study at Williams College, where she majored in Art History, minored in Mathematics, and rowed crew. She studied abroad in Siena, Italy.

After graduation, she moved abroad to teach at the Casablanca American School in Morocco for a year, followed by a summer at TASIS Switzerland, and a year teaching at the American College of Sofia in Bulgaria.

Katherine moved back to the USA in 2011 to Austin, Texas, before moving to New York City for a job in production at HUSH, a digital design agency in DUMBO. In June 2014, Katherine quit her job in Brooklyn to travel. She ended up getting a freelance client and decided to keep going until...  to be determined.
